HOW DO I BORROW EQUIPMENT OR GET SUPPLIES?

Browse the online "catalog," add item(s) to your cart, choose a pick up time, create an account, and check out.  Then come out during your appointment to pick up the order.

WHERE IS THE LENDING GARAGE?

Pick-up events will be held in or near Volo, IL.  Specific order pick-up details will be sent prior to the event date.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

There is no cost!  Supplies and equipment loans are provided for free.

DO YOU SHIP OR DELIVER?

No, we cannot deliver or ship. Item(s) must be picked up and returned at our facility.

HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I BORROW?

Currently, there are no loan limits. Families can borrow what they need for their child.

HOW LONG IS THE LOAN?

There is a set loan duration when item(s) are checked out. If still in use, the loan can be extended. We are working on the loan renewal process.

HOW CAN I CANCEL A RESERVATION?

The online catalog is updated in real-time and includes the equipment ready to go out on loan. We are still working behind the scenes to repair and add more equipment from the Lending Garage into the system. We also purchase items often to add to our inventory.
